Refund policy

Refunds.  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a full return/refund.  If you are not 100% happy with your purchase within this 14 day period, you can request a return/refund or exchange.

To start a return, first contact us at sales@gnosticfrog.co.uk

We will provide instructions regards processing your return.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,.  You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges.  The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want, is to return the item you have and once the refund has been completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
