Order processing

Orders are usually carefully packed and dispatched within one working day. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your contact details are entered correctly.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please check your Royal Mail tracking information first. If you still require assistance, contact us at [ sales@gnosticfrog.co.uk ], quoting your order number, and we will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail.

Damaged orders

We carefully inspect and package every item before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@gnosticfrog.co.uk

quoting your order number. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging where possible, as these will help us resolve the matter promptly. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Incorrect delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because an incomplete or incorrect address was provided, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional delivery charge may apply. If the addressing error was made by Gnostic Frog or the parcel was delivered somewhere other than the agreed address, we will resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.
